Lovely villa with fully equipped kitchen, hammock, and outdoor amenities. Great location near the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Complimentary Prosecco on arrival.

The house was well-equipped, with everything we needed for cooking and even toys for the kids. The beds were comfortable, and there was a whole playroom for the children to enjoy. The pool in the complex was a great bonus, perfect for cooling down and swimming. The AC and garage with direct house access were much appreciated. The location was also fantastic, only 5 minutes from the beach, with an Italian restaurant in the complex and a 24/7 grocery store across the street. The internet was fast, and we even received complimentary Cava.
Felt very cared for, nothing too much trouble.

During our recent stay at Residencia El Duque - 1, Villa Marius, my family and I had a fantastic vacation. The communication with the host was quick and easy, and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given the key. The house itself was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. We especially loved the two large terraces, one of which was always sunny, and the other provided shade. The location was excellent, with plenty of activities within a 15-minute drive, such as Siam Park and boat tours. The beach was just a 5-10 minute walk away, along with a promenade and all the amenities a tourist could ask for. Having two supermarkets just a couple of minutes away, including a 24/7 mini market, was incredibly convenient. Residencia El Duque - 1, Villa Marius was a great choice for our family vacation, accommodating us comfortably and providing everything we needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this villa, perfect for a family vacation. the location was ideal, with the beach just a 5, minute walk away and a 24/7 grocery store across the street. the house itself was spacious and well, equipped, with comfortable beds, bathrooms on all three floors, and fast internet. the complex also had a lovely pool and an Italian restaurant on, site. it had everything we needed for a great stay.
The only minor issue was that some windows and doors were a bit difficult to close tightly, but it didn't affect our overall enjoyment of the villa.
